Members receive enhanced access to the behavioral health and wellness resources provided by pre-qualified and highly experienced network of providers. Members also receive significant discounts on their care and are provided with personalized and highly comprehensive wellness plans with defined milestones and results review as well as weekly targeted self-improvement tools. Follow-up calls are completed systematically to ensure satisfaction with the platform and it's products and services.

Providers join ulivingwell.com™ because they want to focus on practicing integrated preventative health and wellness care rather than treat disease as well affiliate with a brand that stands for Superior Quality of Care and Improved Clinical Outcomes. Providers want to have time with their patients / clients and be involved in the comprehensive multi-specialty behavioral and wellness approach to care, which has shown to lead to better patient / client engagement and satisfaction as well as improved clinical outcomes. ulivingwell.com™ -affiliated providers also have an opportunity to enhance their earnings through Membership fee-sharing arrangements, which are tiered to incentivize consistent superior quality care to our Members as measured by the “Quality of Care” and “Member Satisfaction” surveys. Additionally, ulivingwell.com™ - affiliated providers can earn monetary bonuses for extended tenor with the platform and volume-based member sign-ups.

In order for ulivingwell.com™ to be able to provide Superior Quality of Care, we pre-qualify providers before they join our network. Specifically, we seeks out providers with exceptional levels of clinical experience, outstanding educational achievements, and strong passion to improve Members' behavioral health, wellness and overall quality of life. We also look for providers who are interested in becoming long-tenured affiliates of the platform to ensure continuity and consistently of care for our Members.

ulivingwell.com™ prides itself on being able to provide affordable and superior quality of care to Members with various levels of financial resources. Our tiered Membership program consists of 4 levels of Membership options (VIP, DIAMOND, PLATINUM, AND GOLD) that range from $67 to $97 per month paid monthly or pre-paid annually for enhanced savings (recommended). Some. Select services offered through our clinical psychology and nutrition verticals ARE covered by majority of insurance plans (your provider can confirm whether they accept your specific insurance plan).

No. The annual fee for a Membership in a ulivingwell.com™ system pays for services not typically covered by your insurance and is not reimbursable by insurance.

Yes. Your defined milestones, progress notes, specific weekly tools and results reviews are shared with you confidentially over the e-mail post-assessment or on demand.

No.  Although we recommend annual enrollment, which provides enhanced savings up to 20% per year, in most cases, the annual fee may be paid monthly.  Members can use a major credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal.  Members can also set up convenient automatic payments through a checking or savings account electronic debit option.

Yes.  Members can cancel their Membership at any time for any reason.

If the ulivingwell.com™ behavioral and/or wellness services were not performed, a Member may be eligible to receive a pro-rated refund.  If a Member received any part of the services as part of the BestLife by ulivingwell.com™ or under any of our tiered Membership programs, a refund is not available and any unpaid balance of the annual fee remains Member's responsibility.

May be.  For Members who itemize medical expenses on their tax returns, the annual Membership fee may be deductible.  Check with your tax advisor if you have specific questions.

No.  Your provider solely directs and provides your medical and wellness care. ulivingwell.com™ is not involved in any medical or clinical decisions.  It is strictly focused on the administrative aspect of provider network management.

No.  This is entirely up to the Member and ulivingwell.com™ does not limit you in any way.  In fact, ulivingwell.com™ has no involvement in making referrals.

Integrated behavioral health care combines the care for the clinical behavioral conditions and the related health factors such as spirituality, nutrition, exercise, etc. that affect overall health and well-being. Integrated behavioral healthcare, a part of “whole-person care”, is a rapidly emerging shift in practice of multi-disciplinary, preventative high quality healthcare.  It is a core function of the patient-centric approach to behavioral and wellness care. Providers, such as those affiliated with ulivingwell.com™ practice integrated behavioral healthcare and they recognize that clinical behavioral health and other non-clinical factors are important parts of a person's overall health and wellness.  Providers affiliated with ulivingwell.com™ work together as a team through our proprietary by ulivingwell.com™ system to coordinate clinical and non-clinical behavioral health and wellness care to address a Member's individual concerns.

Many studies have shown the benefits of integrated care, including a higher quality of care, a more personalized and preventative approach to care, an enhanced access to more affordable care, as well as potential reduced rates of acute care services.

The virtual approach to behavioral health and wellness care has been confirmed to be an effective part of the integrated care.  Some of the benefits include an enhancement of behavioral health and wellness service options for Members, a patient-centric preventative approach, an ease of access, a delivery of more consistent outcomes as well as an ability to measure clinical and non-clinical wellness results, and a reduction in healthcare costs.
